The 747-200/300 package is the latest addition to Just Flight’s very popular F-Lite range of easier to fly jetliners, which include their previously-released DC-10 and VLJ packages. What makes 747-200/300 Series for FSX and FS2004 unique is that they feature very detailed versions of the regular, combi and cargo 747-200/300 models.

The main goal of the F-lite range is to provide a more advanced model compared to the default offerings, as well as deliver superior flight dynamics without requiring the user to study manuals in order to be able to operate the add-on. The goal is to make it easy to fly the jetliners.
The 747 is perhaps the most recognised airliner world-wide. What sets the 747 apart, placing it in its own class, is its unique and characteristic hump on the forward fuselage, which houses the cockpit and the upper passenger deck. Many air travellers have flown countless long distances with the 747, which has been in service for more than four decades.
The team of expert designers at Commercial Level Simulations (CLS) applied their extensive expertise and experience in designing outstanding models of the 747 in both the -200 and -300 variants. The 747-200/300 package for FSX and FS2004 includes flight models for the different versions and 21 liveries from around the world.
Here is what is featured in the panels: full analog pilot, co-pilot and flight engineer panels. Throttle quadrant, overhead panel and radio stack are also included. Viewing is easier in this model because the flight engineer's station has expanded pop-ups.
A limited function F-Lite FMC allows for SIDs and STARs in the Flight Simulator database. It also allows for radio and navigation frequency entry, 'direct to' waypoint features, V-speed calculation, progress display, estimated fuel on board and much more.
The F-Lite 747-200/300 enables a novice or casual simmer to take the next step up from the default aircraft, but still enjoy a reasonable amount of complexity to keep them interested. It appears this package would be perfect for a simmer who wants expand his hangar with a big aircraft which is also easy and fun to fly.
