Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport, also known as Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB), was established in 1939 as a training facility for air observers. Today, the terminal building has a capacity of 1.4 million passengers yearly. The airport is the second busiest passenger airport in Quebec after Montreal-Trudeau airport.
A project focused on upgrading the Jean Lesage International Airport was launched in 2006, with a budget of $66 million. The project involved modernizing the airport, expanding the terminal’s capacity, and improving passengers’ facilities and services.
This scenery add-on, which is third edition of the Quebec Jean Lesage International airport, includes all the new buildings and new terminal extensions.
The team of designers at Concepteurs Virtuels du Quebec used Gmax to design the scenery add-on. They also used accurate AFCAD, real-world textures, animations, and night lighting.
The add-on is very accurate – there are distinctive animated panels that display images of Quebec City – these are visible inside terminal from gate 28, 29, 30. The add-on also features a weather station that has an animated anemometer.
Whatever you fly – you will enjoy visiting CYQB and make it one of your favorite destinations.
Expect to find the file in the library shortly.
