Posted on Mon, 09 Jul 2012 10:00:00 GMT

JSG Panels has announced the release of Boeing 747-8 Panel software that provides a panel for the Boeing 747-8 based on photographs of the actual aircraft.

The software comes with all the information you need to install and perform other functions such as calculate fuel consumption, load and mach speed.

The software automatically installs in the standard FSX 747-400 aircraft, and you can choose to install in any other aircraft.

Boeing 747-8 Panel comes with a sound package that adds sounds to moving parts such as main and overhead panels, yoke and throttle. It also features beacons, Ground Positioning Warning System (GPWS), and the voice of the co-pilot who notifies you regularly about several important events during the flight, including the maneuvering of flaps, gear and autopilot switches.

The software also features a new landing view, which is very handy when approaching.

A fourth-generation Boeing 747 version, the Boeing 747-8 is a wide-body jet airliner that features redesigned wings, extended fuselage, and improved efficiency. The 747-8 is the biggest 747 version, the longest passenger aircraft in the world, and the largest commercial aircraft built in the United States.
