As China plays an increasingly important role in global business and trade, Chinese-connecting flights, both international and domestic, are expected to increase.
It is estimated that by 2015, Chinese-connecting flights will account for 25% of the projected 877 million increase in worldwide passenger numbers. This makes it essential to have an effective luggage tracing system in China.
SITA has modified its WorldTracer service so that it features agent interfaces and support materials in Chinese as well as English. This will help to maintain global passenger standards across all regions and countries.
