Boeing "Old" EFIS Displays

While I was busy doing the new RJ stuff I also took some time and used the new code to generate the 737 EFIS display (the one I said I would never do) as well as the 757/767 200 and 300 type EFIS together with the respective Engine pages. These new elements are part of the Boeing Glass Cockpit and they are a free upgrade for registered users. They are also part of the updated demo.
