Do you design aircraft for MSFS? Would you be interested in joining a new design group to help with an unique, interesting and exciting new project?
My idea is to design models of aircraft which don't exist in real aviation - I don't mean fantasy aircraft - what I want to recreate are those aircraft which were planned but never quite made it off the drawing board e.g. Messerschmitt Me 1205. I think it would be great to bring these aircraft to life, and to have them fly for the very first time.
We - the designer group, would work together, possibly with the airplane companies, to develop each plane as close as possible to the original design concept. However, the designers will also have the opportunity to bring there own ideas into each aircraft. I think it would be a great new challenge in FS design.
There are also unique one-off aircraft around that have successfully left the drawing board and deserve to be modelled. For example, a man I know has developed an amphibian which is really interesting. There is only one existing plane, standing at the airfield of which I am a member - so I can get detailed information.
