GoFlight Announces X-Plane Public Beta Release

BEAVERTON, OREGON - May 17, 2004 - GoFlight, Inc. today announces the first public beta release of a "plugin" software package for X-Plane version 7.30.

This new software from GoFlight enables X-Plane sim pilots to control hundreds of cockpit functions in X-Plane aircraft using all GoFlight modules, including the GF-TQ6 Throttle System. The function complement includes avionics, autopilot, and throttle control features including thrust reverse. The beta 1 plugin release includes an 80+ page reference guide to the supported functions.

At least one additional beta release of the plugin is planned for late May 2004, with a final release likely in June. GoFlight customers are encouraged to download the beta release from the GoFlight Web site's Support page.
