Has everybody here ever used the internet abbreviation "KTHX"?
If you don't know it, it mean "Okay, thanks" (K, Thx).
The funny part about it that it could be the name of an american airport "KTHX"
Have you ever heard of an airport with this ID?
Texas
THREE RIVERS THREE RIVERS [NAVAID] KTHX THX
The funniest approach has to be the GPS for Rwy 16 at Portsmouth/Pease Intl.
The approach plate is here:
http://www.myairplane.com/databases/approach/pdfs/00678R16.PDF
The fix names are: ITAWT ITAWA PUDYE TTATT and the missed approach after TTATT follows IDEED ITAWA PUDYE TTATT.
Who said the FAA doesn't have a sense of humor?
The airport ICAO is KPSM.
The funniest waypoint I've seen is NAKED in Alaska. Brrrr, too cold to get NAKED in Alaska. 😂
😂 Haahhaha!
