My FSX PC Upgrade...worth it?

From a 2.8 Ghz Celeron
512mb PC2800 Ram
GeForce 7300GS

And I have bought:

XFX GeForce 6800GT Xtreme Edition 512mb XXX
2GB DDR2 667Mhz Ram

And perhaps I might buy a P4 64bit 3.4ghz if it would be worth it?

My monitor only goes up to 1280x1024 so if I could get fluid play on that at that resolution with decent graphics and some anti-aliasing it would be worth it but what do you reckon, is it enough?

The more upgrades like you proposed the better.
Don't forget that even a good card like that with Vista and FSX will work fine but cannot show all the graphic improvements that DirectX 10 will have.
The card that will do that isn't out on the market yet.
