| Can I copypaste airplanes grom my Combat Flight Simulator 3 folder into my Flight Simulator 2002 folder and fly those CFS3 planes in FS2002 ? |

No, they usualy show up without landing gear.
You should be able to find ones like what you want for 2002 elsewhere.
