vatsim inactive...won't let me in

anybody have this problem?

so, you're flying as normal right? you try to conenct to vatsim the next time and they say that the IP address is suspended or that they can't connect to the server.
then you can't even log into the vatsim network through the website either. you can't flie a flightplan or do anything because you can't log in. They say the password isn't right, and I've tried every other combination that it could be. Then you can't request the lost password because you need your email address to do it. And the email address that you use for vatsim no longer exists, and you don' want to have to pay for another one or anything like that.

is there a way around this, because I can't fly online again until I can get this figured out.
