what would be a good free software to completly repaint any aircraft including downloaded ones

I don't want to sound stupid, but where's the repaint forum? I see General, Add-on/Downloads, Screenshots, this one (Aircraft) and Multiplayer. I went on the FS2004 repaint and they sent me to the FSX forums. Can anyone help me repaint my FSX aircraft?
