What a Virtual Airline should be

I'm just curious of what the pilots think a Virtual Airline should be. Besides the obvious, of course it should be an airline, but what else?

Well this is what I think a VA should be:

A friendly place to fly
Gives support to pilots
Helps with any problems
Has a good website and livery
Good working aircraft and a good number of types (e.g - jets, rotor...etc)
Good number of routes
Has virtual pay (doesn't need to though but would add to experience)
Offers training (either itself or through a flight training partner)

I can't really think of any more right now
