Welcome to the forums 
I've found with Captainsim you've gotta buy the base pack of the aircraft to get the VC and passenger views.
I have the Captainsim 757 payware aircraft. I bought Block 300 first and found that there was no virtual cockpit. So I bought the base pack, uninstalled Block 300, installed base pack, installed Block 300 and voila, had the virtual cockpit. Hope this helps. But otherwise, if you already knew this, ignore me

Lol. Only the base pack has the VC and customs sounds for the Captainsim aircraft.
