Hey guys,
Heres my second load of screenshots for ya!
This is the first ever night flight i've done in any flight simulator and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I hope you enjoy the screenshots as much as I enjoyed the flight!
I am using the Captain Sim 757 Base Pack with the British Airways livery. This is the Boeing 757-200.
Gatwick scenery is payware Xtreme Gatwick 2000!
----------------------------------------------------
Parket at Gate @ Gatwick
Holding Short runway 08 Right
Bye Bye Gatwick!
Engine view and looking back at Gatwick
Still accending and flying past Gatwick
"What a lovely night..."
Cruising and heading towards Ireland
Just admiring the beautiful paintjobs the Captainsim team make!
Virtual Cockpit view, still crusing at 11,000 Feet
Another engine view... I swear this is my favourite view!
Reaching the coast near Manchester/Newcastle
Lovely moonlight shimmering on the Irish sea
I believe I decended to 6,000 feet here and began vectors to final
The other wing view, theres a nicer one of these soon
Full flaps and gear down
Turning to final, beautiful eh?
Touch down(This is the nicer version of this view )
Taxing to gate
Taxing still, Virtual Cockpit view
Parked at gate
--------------------------------------
As usual with me no photo editing just resized.
--------------------------------------
Flight info:
Cruising Altitude: 11,000 Feet
Cruise Speed: 300 Knots
Flight Time: 1:30 Hours
Enjoy _________________

| Very nice shots Kozine! Why were you cruising at such low altitude? |

I was crusining at 11,000 because my judgement of time is rubbish. I thought it was gunna take 30 minutes tops and in the Rome to Naples mission you fly at 11,000 feet. I will fly higher next time
Thanks for the comments guys. _________________

Ok thanks cheeks.
One question about using autopilot which uses the GPS. I select the approach and load it. Then when im heading to the way point just before the destination, am I meant to activate approach or activate Vectors-To-Final? I've found that when I use approach it brings me in on a steep turn and gives me literraly 10 seconds to land before going past the runway. Whereas on this flight, I activated Vectors-To-Final far out and I got lined up with the runway and landed perfectly. _________________
