    I have an HP pavilion DV9000 and i have a dual core centrino 2. G Hz processor. 2 Gigs of RAM and a GeForce Go 7600 video card. i was wondering if i would be able to add an extra gig?

    all depends on your motherboard. Open up the pc case and take a look if there are any spare slots. If there are then sure you can easily upgrade to three or even better four gigs of ram. If there are no spare slots then you cant upgrade unless your motherboard supports 2gb ram chips, which is unlikely.
