System specs:
EVGA 8800GTS Superclocked video card
EGVA NForce 680i
Intel Core Duo 6320 1.86GHz overclocked to 2.63GHz
3 GB Ram
FSX settings:
All graphic settings set to maximum; road, boats and vehicles set at 75%
Active Sky X and X Graphics are off.
I'll think about fooling with the .cfg or card settings later, might try it with Active Sky and X Graphics later also......

Oh very nice helo textures, trees and water. The land wasn't that hot, though. I've noticed this time and time again. Does Acceleration improve the actual land or is there SW for that?

Bloom is not the problem with fps for me. The problem was it used too much bloom during the Space Shuttle mission with the F/A-18......it was like shining a mirror in my face. So, I turned it off.
