i have read a few post recently and noticed that people with free web templates websites get slandered and called noobs
they are often told to use dreamweaver
no i dont want to be one of thoose nbs when i start my website i want a fresh original website
but dreaweaver is really expensive and im a student so my money ist falling of trees i was wondering what the cheap or free alternitve would be
i have a full office suite if that helps

Loads of good templates about and easy to tweak |

Frontpage is not bad if you can still find it. Microsoft discontinued it for a newer product called Expressions.
If you dont like Joomla, there are several other CMS type systems you can try.
DotNetNuke - www.dotnetnuke.com
PHPNuke - www.phpnuke.org <-- They have started charging a small fee...real small fee though

e107.org free and awesome. You can edit your full website through your admin menus (not going into your ftp or anything) and it comes with login systems forums and all.
