true that these forums are ranked number 3 right now on the web so thats good and before i even heard of this site iv heard alot of bad things happening before but thanks to most of the mods here they`ve gotten rid of those people. |

This site STINKS - no one answers your e-mails to cancel.
1. Login to PayPal.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click the History tab.
4. Search for "Subscriptions." Adjust the date range to include the date you established your subscription with this lousy site.
5. Click the Details of the subscription in question.
6. Click Cancel Subscription.
You have successfully canceled the subscriber's subscription. Paypal sends you an immediate e-mail to confirm the cancellation. |

| I also want to cancel my account as i don't use it anymore. Unfortunately i use a cashplus card which is a top up credit card and they do not allow you to cancel payments and say i need to contact these guys who don't like to respond to emails or have an cancel account button so how do i go about it? |

 From a "Customer Service" perspective, I think it is APPALLING that they do not respond to emails regarding cancelling accounts. It seems obvious to me that all they want is your money, and hope that at $5 a month, you'll just give up and let them take it... forever!
I, for one, am disgusted with this. Having finally figured out how to cancel my subscription, I have done so. I encourage everyone else to do that same. If nothing else, the loss of income may send a strong enough message to these guys that they should clean up their act, or get off the web. To add to this, the downloads are mostly utter garbage; with one or two exceptions, they seem to be rehashed versions of existing planes, and half of them don't even load or work.
I'm gone... forever!!!!!

the website is mainly for the forums and not for the downloads. Besides you never gave the forums a chance.

| I enjoy this site for the forums and NOT as much for the downloads! I do brouse the downloads periodically, and I have downloaded a few. Heck, wven the people on here that reply to my questions guide me to other sites to download what I need. I guess I'm saying that I have recieved great forum support at a great price! I'm one of the $5 lifetime guys. |
