Look for the Readme file inside the .zip folder somewhere. The Readme should contain Installation instructions.

here this is what it says
FSX Scenery: BSG Galactica at PHNL
This scenery adds:
- 1 stock aircraft carrier offshore at Honolulu ( the same type carrier as at San Diego )
- Landable BSG Galactica above the carrier at 27,500 feet , use port landing bay
* Battlestar Galactica Mesh and Textures by Coxxon
* conversions for MS-FSX By Bruce Fitzgerald

I N S T A L L A T I O N
- Unzip Galactica_Scenery
- copy the FOLDER; galactica-phnl and paste it into the FSX/Addon Scenery FOLDER
- copy the FILE; galactica.bgl and paste into the FSX/Addon Scenery/Scenery FOLDER
- copy the FILE; colbstr1cox.bmp and paste into the FSX/Addon Scenery/Texture FOLDER
- Start FSX and ADD the scenery Area; "galactica-phnl", in the normal manner.

NOTES:
The Galactica.bgl is useable as a library object from the mission creator,
but does not have a user friendly name and can be referenced by the BGl GUID
which is {07471313-405E-0696-9C26-DCB049D9D64F} .
Galactica DOES NOT contain a platform in the bgl model.
Disabling crashes detection is recommended but not required
a few holes exist in spots against the walls of the landing bay
so try to stay on the landing strip.
finally if you take-off from the bay, try to be up before the end,
otherwise it may repostion you on the Ocean if you fall off
enjoy

Did you ACTIVATE the scenery -- the final step in those instructions:

That does not look good at all. I'm only looking at the last picture http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd92/slinginsammy/Capture6.jpg
According to that, you have twice added the complete Addon Scenery folder, see Priority 1 and 5.
Have a look at this page:

It was written for FS2004 but the same method applies to FSX.
The part you seem to be struggling with is this one:

ACTIVATING SCENERY
To activate the scenery, run the sim & click SETTINGS/Scenery Library. Click the Add area button.
Browse to the Addon Scenery folder & select the parent folder of the scenery you just installed.
Click OK. The scenery is now installed & activated.

Simply click OK, exit the sim & restart it for the new scenery to display. |
