Does anyone have the low-down on WOV? I can't seem to figure out whether it's an add-on for Pacific Fighters or a stand-alone.

I looked around and im finking and pritty sure it's a Stand-alone
And i looked on there website aswell and under System Requirements it does not say it require any FS.

I was thinking of getting it but after looking at there website it says the game will not work on Vista.
