How do you assign runways to utilize side by side takeoffs. InKLAS, they now use only one, 25R...I would like to use both for takeoffs.

Not 100% sure on that one but I believe it has to do with the AFCAD files...
Let me do some research and get back to you on that.
Anyone else feel free to chime in as well.
