I made an order for a DVD about a month ago from simshack and have still not received it. I have e-mailed simshack 3 times now and have not received a reply. Has anyone else had this problem ordering from simshack.

hi,. i also recently placed an order through simshack.net, after four weeks (and several unanswered emails to them) I eventually lodged a dispute with paypal and got my money back,..
still no sign of an explanation or apology from simshack though,.. very disappointing,..
anyway, you might try that if you payed through paypal? best of luck  |
