In ' run' type dxdiag, see if theres any problems, if not, try its help menu so you can track down the problem _________________

Could you post a screenshot? Also, make sure you're filtering isn't set to 'none' under the Customize menu in Graphics. _________________

I've seen something similar, but that was due to a faulty tv card _________________

What power supply do you have
I've seen that before when there was insufficent power to drive the card properly
Also check for overheating in your case |

| The power is set to the highest it goes. It is not overheating because there is a loud fan on it |

You can open up your computer case and clean it out. I'm not suer if that'll work though... _________________

I dont use the covers/panels on my computer, never overheats, have to use an air compressor now and again to clean it out _________________
