    Are there really service packs for FSX? I got the Deluxe version when came out, and I don't know. If there are, what do they do?

    There are...And they will make your FSX run better, at least SP1 did for mine, not too sure about SP2 though it seemed to cause problems for me rather than fix any. So I stuck with SP1 and never bothered to fool around with SP2.
