MONTHLY BILLING

I have tried 6 times to STOP the billing but NO REPLY to all emails for this site. NO contact, NO RESPONCE and now MAILER-DAEMON on all emails.

Once you join they keep billing and billing till you stop through paypal. What a Censored

rip-off.

why is he a tard ? just because he did't know how to stop payment? that's not a nice thing to say about anyone. so stop being such a jerk, if you don't have anything to say nice to someone then don't say it at all, dang every comment in any post seem's your a smart butt, grow the heck up,

Hello,

Considering the aforementioned post: That's also because your tutorial on how to cancel subscriptions through Paypal isn't quite up to speed.

The info that RBFTP Networks Ltd. offers in the payment details on Paypal, specifically states you should contact either them or your site admin's for changes regarding subscriptions.
(And, like viewscope, if you do that you do not get any reply at all)

So, to summarize, the only way to cancel is by going to Paypal, but you have to search for active subscriptions, because in the normal monthly payment details the cancel subscription option does not exist, like you mentioned. I actually had to phone Paypal for them to cancel.

Now, I don't want to be a "tard" but this should not be the way any self-respecting community treats or handles their subscribers, who donate the much needed cash to the project.

I'm not a newbie in the scene, and I subscribe to many communities and have handled multiple cancellations / payments etc. but I must say this even Evil or Very Mad

from you guys, so a suggestion to you might be to look into your system, or contact RBFTP and ask them to provide more lucid Paypal Info.
