Yeah, I agree with you, Warlord. I think I'll give my comp a good clean with an air-compressor but I advise anyone NOT to use a vacuum as the end of the vacuum builds up static electricity and it may damage the components inside of the computer.

Check the heatsink for caked in dust between the narrow vanes. Don't blow compressed air (buy can in computer store) into the fans if they are running, put a thin object against the fan blade and then use the compressed air. If you don't you can damage the bearings.
Don't point the can down, keep, it straight.
Add a fan on the inside back grid of the case blowing out, cheap $20.

| My old video card ( Nvidia GeForce 6150Le ) never overheated. Why would the heatsink have to do with it? |

I think you should re-install the driver that you're using. And check if it's the latest one, too. Drivers make a big difference on how your graphics-card preforms.
