    Hi Guys

    I was just wondering if you knew of some rather short runways that are used by 767's??? I know when i flew to the dominican republic on a 767 we hit the runway early on and braked really hard. I was wondering if any of you knew of other runways like this?

    Did you find a few?

    London Luton airport is 6,000 or so feet, and 76's fly in an out. Not sure if its very tight for them. It must be quite tight. With regards to the Dominican Republic the hard on the brakes manuoevre, may have had to do with stopping in time for the taxi-way he wanted. Rather than the runway being scarily short.

    Also, I think the landing length is not as critical as the takeoff, they need more length to takeoff than land. (I think lol).
