best one i would suggest would be Simfly.eu which is a VA/Multiplayer operation server.
They use FSHost to host there multiplayer server. The IP is: 94.76.198.82
If you read this before 7:00pm GMT then there is a event on there at that time starting at KLAS

Are you sure your ports are set to defualt?
Download this: http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/fshostspy/ With this your be able to see what servers you would be able to connect to.
If nothing is happening still, Try looking towards your firewall & virus software, make sure there not blocking anything. Try turning your Firewall off while your on FS2004. Just make sure to turn it back on again after. _________________
