See if they have new drivers for it. Changing them should help.
Defrag your computer at least once a week.

Now I hve got a new card. - It's a Nvidia Geforce4 mx 440.... it's better, but I still get laags quite often.. it's mostly my fps that falls.. I have turned AA and AF.. none of that helps.. I have also updated my drivers. non of it helps.. I defrags my PC every week..

Why not list the rest of the specs of your computer so we can get an idea of how to help.

For the flight sim your CPU is weak, the amount of ram is on the edge (you should have at least 512mb).
The video card is old and should use older drivers.
TTT will help you out with which drivers to use.

Im with on this,Your cpu is right on the borderline for fs9
The latest Nvidia drivers should work with all "older" cards(one driver fits all)
Check for the latest here
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
Or try some "tweaked" drivers here
http://www.omegadrivers.net/
Navigate from under the "drivers.Net"
When They say "tweaked" what they have done is to remove some of the bits of the driver prog to try and get it to run a bit quicker
They are certainly worth a try _________________
