Contact Microsoft or can i find out info in another way?

Hi all,

I have lost the CD 1 of MSTS, and i don't know what to do. Is there a way that i can enter the CD code on the Microsoft Website so i can get a replacement sent, is there a way i can contact them by e-mail or is there another way (legally) to get it. The only reason i ask about Microsoft, is because they are normally very good at sending replacement products etc.

Thanks, i will try and call them. After viewing that support page then i don't think i will have a problem but if only there were a way to order it from the internet.
