I have been reverse thrusting with fingers and arms like a tangled octopus for weeks!! Now I have it on the button right next to the throttle and its brilliant! I like the MD-80 kulula.com add-on aircraft in the library here - chase view gives an excellent view of the reverse-buckets deploying in replay.
