Fredericia01 is right but some add on aircraft allow you to open more doors and its the same shift + e then press 1 or 2
(note shift + e together then 1 or 2 on it own...but fairly quickly)

Also, some add on planes don't allow you to open the door. Too bad. But true  |

If you have an IFDG airbus (all have opening pass doors +some have all opening pass doors....thats the shift + E and 2 or 3)and you want the cargo doors to open you have to goto settings and configure a button for "tail hook".Then the cargo doors will open/close for you
