Good VGA cooling fan

Can anyone reconmend a good VGA cooling device MUST be silent as possible as the stock one is doing my head in.

I bought a PCI fan to put next to my card which has a fan to give it extra cooling.
Usually the store price is a higher than the on-line price.
I bought mine in a store for about $4 more than this one.

Cant give you a recommendation Crying or Very sad

but will add,Dont buy cheap fans.
Its a waste of time as it will not last(cheap very good for emergancies,but not long term)
