Download this programe adn install this first Arrow

    http://www.drivercleaner.net/professional.html

Unistall your drivers then run this programme three (3) times. Restart your computer then install the new drivers and everything should be fine.

If not you can always install your previous drivers Arrow

    Hi,

I unisntalled the original Nvidia driver and have been asked to restart my PC. Would this be Ok to do if I don't have any other driver installed when I restart my PC?

Yeah thats perfectly normal. When you restart Windows should pull up a tab saying something like found new hardware and something else just press cancel.
    Then install the new drivers
