Here are a few shots of my afternoon, 3 hour long flight from Auckland (NZAA) to Brisbane (YBBN) in my iFDG Air New Zealand A320-232 (Reg ZK-OJF)
I normally fly prop aircraft but after seeing Randald's screenies of his flight from Hawaii to Tahiti, I decided it was time I did a medium haul flight in my favourite small passenger jet and use IFR for once.
1) After taking off from runway 23L at Auckland International, Oceanic control cleared me to climb up above the clouds, with the moon hiding behind my tail.
2) Cruising at FL300, I let autopilot do the work for me as my passengers began thier in-flight movie
3) Over 1000 miles later, Brisbane control brought me down to 18,000 feet as I banked right on my approach
4) Minutes later I was on finals at Brisbane International, with gear down and flaps extended
5) After landing right on the centre line and time to kick in the reverse thrust
6) Parked at the gate, with the cleaners sweeping the cabin and the cargo emptied
Hope you liked the screenies _________________

Sweet screens man! I can't wait to start flying jets, hopefully soon I'll get enough cash to get myself a ERJ in FSpax. _________________

Yep it really did take me three hours, as Solotwo mentioned, its kinda cheap and ruins it if you fast foward it. Plus, at the end of your looong flight just after landing, you get a good feeling knowing you succefully compleated the long trip in one piece!
Although I don't have FS Passengers installed, only the demo which I have used mabey once of twice. I don't normally fly jets so I can't be bothered paying money for the full version lol. _________________

Allow me to make a small correction dear Solotwo, you can increase you simulation rate but you get a penalty for this to your flight report.
No need to comment about the excellent shots of Cheeky. _________________

For the same reason you don't play movies on your TV at "fast forward". _________________ CrashGordon

Thanks everyone
SteveT- the water textures are park of the VOZ package- free from www.vistaoz.org
My video card is nothing special, just a nVidia GeForce FX5600 256mb... I think it was the fantastic iFDG airbus that made the shots look good _________________
