Squawkbox 3 problem

Hi, i'm having a problem with squawkbox. It's preventing my flight simulator(2004)from loading up. I launch flight sim and then at the splash screen, it just stops loading and sits there. I do have FSUIPC and it is registered. So if anyone can help me that would be great. Thanks.

I looked there and there are some posts of people having the same problem but no answers. Thanks for trying to help though. Really appreciate it.
