    Hello All

    You may remember a post back in January 2006 regarding Air Arriba suspending operations due to financial problems. At a conference today FlyReliance Group decided to terminate the airline for good.

    The Chief Executive Officer said:

    "We have decided to close the airline down due to the large number of low cost airlines operating from the UK and all aircraft will be sold on"

    "We are in talks for a new low cost airline that will launch operations where there is a major gap in the VA market, more information will be posted soon"

    The troubled airline initially sold half it assets to Nimrea Holdings of Austrailia, but this was unsuccessful and the result was closure.
