As I was snapping some screens on my last flight (just using Print Scr and
paint), something went haywire and I got this view:
Does anybody know the name of this view command? I didn't mean to
do it, I have no idea what i did, but I like it!!!

If you hit by mistake CTRL + W you get this view.To get rid of it the simlest way is to right click on this window and choose close window.

You may have pressed the [ button - the button next to P on the keyboard as it opens a new window in the sim. If you press the button next to that one, i.e. ] then it will close that window for you

Other view commands I just learned for the virtual cockpit:
[shift]+[enter]
[shift]+[backspace]
[ctrl]+[shift]+[enter]
[ctrl]+[shift]+[backspace] |
