|
|
Down here in the Southern Hemisphere its Winter, but I fancied taking a flight in the USA for once, so I swapped the seasons around up there and decided to fly from Denver (KDEN) to Las Vegas (KLAS) in the brilliant POSKY Southwest 737-700.
I set off just before dusk, and spent the whole flight heading west into the setting sun which created some brilliant screenshot opportunities.
Enjoy the next 13 screenies (1090KB) and please post feedback if you wish
1. Pushback from the terminal
2. Another angle with the sky-bridge above
3. Holding short of runway 25 while a Continental touches down in front
4. Climbing above Denver city
5. Up into the tinted cloud base
6. Climbing through FL200 above the Rockies
7. Cruising at FL320
8. A mid-flight close up of the beautiful model
9. Wing view of a passing Northwest airliner
10. Heading left for Vegas
11. The sky behind matching the "Canyon Blue" paintjob
12. Descending for landing
13. ILS touchdown on 25R

Number 7 is PERFECT! If Southwest could get a picture so nice, they would run it in all of their advertising!
How'd you like the United States? Did you remember to say point instead of decimal...and did you call for engine start? |

Anyway, thank you very much for the nice words everyone. I really love POSKY's 737 Southwest model, so keep your eyes peeled for more shots like this soon _________________
