Unexplained phenomenon

I'm not sure if this is from Ultimate Terrain or not but if you fly about 20 miles due north of KGRR you too may witness this. From a distance it looks like a pyramid. Up close it's definitely whiskey tango foxtrot.

A few days had passed but I couldn't rid myself of the thought of the mysterious protrusion. I was a man obsessed and well bored! So I took my trusty Bravo out to see if it was still there. Indeed it was....indeed it was. I risked life and limb to land in the nearby streets. I inched closer and closer to the massive 2000 ft. spike of new realities. I dared to inch ever closer so that it and I would become one. When all at once my engine started hissing and steaming and I lost control of motion:

Finally I came to understand that I was not to unlock the mysteries of the 2000ft protrusion and alas I was defeated.

I believe your unexplained protrusion may have escaped from the Earthen Crater in Northern Mexico. Despite the increased Military Air Patrols, one of the Water Elementals had escaped through our barracade and dissapeared into the local streams...

We waited nervously by the secret red phone, for fear that the escapee would rear its ugly face and create havok in civilized society...

Alas, it appears that he has been found. It is now up to you, to discover the weakness of the Water Elemental, before it is too late...
