why do we half to extract or decompress a folder to work or can we leave it compressed and still use it

You have to decompress the files, that just the way computers work. It's simple, just right click and select extract all. |

It is a pay me now or pay me later situation. You either extract the data one time when you install the file, or extract it every time you use the file. As I know it the simulator is not set up to run on compacted files.
