Im making a F-18 Thorugh cockpit orientation in this video because its very confusing..
Heres an example why NOT to use fraps. LOL.

Methinks you're supposed to change the format from .avi to Windows Media .wmv format. You should be able to do this with Windows Movie Maker which is part of your operating system.
