Possible New Computer for FSX??

Hi guys! I need a new computer and one that can run FSX smooth the way I want it to. I am on a slight budget, but willing to shell out what it takes on the essentials to build a rock! I am a real-world pilot that is about to start instrument training and I want a comp that fun FSx smooth with add-ons and lots of clouds. I am one who is not real concerned with ground extras like all the moving autogen. I like a few trees and a good surface texture and pretty dense buildings but mostly lots of addons and weather to the max! I have comprised a list of the "essentials" that I think could do it, but would like some feedback! thanks....

Looks very good, that power supply is as small as you can get...more Wattage would be better in the long run.

also see if you can get more hertz out of your ram somthin like 1600 if the motherboard will accept
