    Try SHIFT + F4

If it doesn't work, then there are no afterburners installed in your aircraft Wink

Not all of them have afterburners. The designer of the aircraft has to include it with the package. If he/she didn't include it, your jet won't have any afterburners.

If the Readme.txt file doesn't say anything about afterburners then it won't have it.

Chez I could be wrong but I think it has alot more to do with effects and texture then just the aircraft.cfg alone.

    you need the cfg
an effect of an afterburner, e/g fx_ALPHA_Tonka_AB
    the textures for that effect

    job done

Not Necessarily... If the Afterburner was designed for a certain aircraft and then you put it on a different one it could be off. The last thing we need are afterburners coming out of the Vertical Stabilizer.
