Hello!
I have a problem. Within the FS2004 you are only able to integrate up to 16 Players into a multiplayer session. But I would like to play with more players. So is there any chance in another way to manipulate this amount and get in there more than 16 players?
I would be very pleased, if someone could give me a hint.

I don't think there is. It reduces latency too much. Try using VATSIM, that might be different. I'm not familiar with Vatsim
