Well good news at long last the game is now working fine. MS said in a couple of error reports they sent back to me to.
Update bios which i chose not to do.
Update driver on the radeon 9200se card tryed this with no joy so rolled driver back.
The other thing was to update driver on c-media AC97 Audio Device well i tried this with no luck. So i uninstalled and then re-installed form the disc i got with the computer and loaded the original driver BRILLIANT all works well the Driver Version loaded on my system now is 5.12.1.22 The old Driver was 5.12.1.50 i hope this may help other users thanks for all your help on this problem.
