Per your PM, I adjusted the contrast and saturatio. It seems to me that it lowered the "halo" effect on the lights to a better level.

Go on Avsim and search for some halo's. There are a bunch of good ones  _________________

Yeah the lights are direct textures plopped into FS... so any new texture can replace it or some programs (example shockwave lighting- payware) will replace them with more realistic ones. _________________
