FS2004 Val-U-Prop Lockheed Connie

Textures only for the FSDZigns Team L-049A Constellation. The original aircraft file is required (FSDZL049.ZIP). By James Underwood.

Always first make a backup of any files you will be modifiying!

Create a folder within your FS9 Lockheed L049A aircraft folder named "texture.vp" (without the " of course!). Copy all the files from the texture.klm folder into the texture.vp folder. Next, extract the contents of the VP Connie textures into texture.klm folder allowing the overwrites.

Now, open the L049A (the one that you backed up like a good little pilot) aircraft.cfg file with notepad. You will see a listing of the aircraft in there. At the end the aircraft listing, add the following text example. Where "XX" is in this example, you will need to put the next sequential number that would follow the previous aircraft. If for example your last fltsim.XX aircraft entry is "3", you would duly replace the "XX" with "4" (without the quotes, of course):
