I agree with Tom Samuelson. Taxi was way to fast and I don't know if anyone else caught it, but the tail cone scraped the runway on rotation. Too high on rate of climb. Up to 1,000 then pitch the nose over slightly. Less strain on gear up. Gradual cleanup of flight controls on climb out. Engage Autopilot and enjoy the flight.

Well taxiing way to fast on the ground. The nose gear was sliding in the sharp turns. Also on approach to the airport you would not lower the gear before the flaps. You might be flying to fast for the gear to be deployed. Finally upon touchdown all the leading edge slats were not down and there was no flaps down......
